The Construction Costs Index operation (ICCE) offers a statistical measurement of the conjunctural evolution of the overall cost of Intermediate Consumption Costs and Labour Costs, without taking into account other factors, for the Basque Country as a whole. The index enables the deflation of monetary variables with the community’s own deflators. It also facilitates the monitoring of costs of a sector whose participation in the Basque economy as a whole is important.
