The Survey on real estate supply carried out reveals the regular evolution of the supply and prices of housing, garages and premises in the Basque Country. Its information supplies the system of indicators for monitoring the policy of new and used housing, for sale and to let. The tables disseminate the variations registered in the variable with regard to the same quarter of the previous year, the annual evolution and that of the last three months. The results are disseminated for municipalities with more than 40,000 inhabitants.
