Quality policy for Eustat Information Systems
Through its Sub-directorate for Technical Coordination and Dissemination, which is part of the Information Systems department, Eustat identifies quality with the expert know-how and continuous improvement of the services it offers to various Eustat departments and of the management systems and processes in place at the Eustat Information Systems department.
The commitment to quality and continuous improvement concerns everyone and affects all activities performed by the Eustat Information Systems department. To achieve this, the Sub-directorate provides the means and training necessary to ensure that all staff work effectively within the framework of the Quality Management System.
The primary objective of the Quality Management System is to implement the quality policy in all organisation processes and services to ensure, through the effective application of the system, that:
- the provision of services meets clients’ requirements and the agreed obligations,
- the organisation meets the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the products and services, and
- client satisfaction is increased through the continuous improvement of the system.
The Eustat Information Systems department has adopted the following principles in line with its Quality Policy:
Client satisfaction (Eustat departments)
To ensure compliance with the indicators agreed with our clients and the fulfilment of their needs and expectations.
Improvement of processes
To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes contained in the Processes Map through the indicators defined and to enhance their development in order to meet current and future business needs.
System compliance
To implement the Service Quality Management System in compliance with the current ISO 9001 standard and apply the best practice models and standards in the services and processes.
Promotion of quality
To take action on a continuous basis to promote an advanced management culture.
For quality assurance, the Eustat Information Systems department conducts the relevant audits to obtain the ISO 9001 certification for the Information Systems.
