This section consists of two statistical operations for which the departmental statistical body is responsible: the Survey on real estate supply whose generic objective is to know the regular evolution of the supply and prices of housing, garages and premises in the Basque Country and the Rental Market Statistics that discloses the number of deposits and the monthly rent associated with private rental contracts created in the quarter/year and in force in the Basque Country. They are a basic source of information from the housing policy monitoring indicator system.
