The centres can be funded from various sources. A source of funding is understood as being predominantly that which accounts for over 50% of the centre's budget

• Public: financing with funds originating from the State Administration, Autonomous Administration and Local Administration. The Provincial Council, Local Council and Association of municipalities are grouped into the Local Administration.
  
• Private: financing with funds originating from companies, private non-profit institution (ISFL), private donations (funded by individuals) and own funds.
