A business park is a division of the area of economic activity based on the distinctive business activities of companies in the zone and the subsequent actions taken by the urban authorities.

A business park can cover terrain in more than one municipality or province. For our purposes, however, the provincial boundaries of the Basque Country shall be the outermost boundary of a business park.
