It therefore applies to units whose activity falls under groups 47.1 to 47.7, except 47.3, of CNAE-2009.

The area used for the transit of people, display and payment of the goods, as well as the area up to and including the cash desk is calculated.

It excludes areas dedicated to manufacturing, repair, production and storage services, where they are not accessible to the general public; offices, toilets, games areas, car parks and the like.

The result is expressed in m2.
