Differentiation between the following type of homeless individuals:

• Homeless: homeless individuals who live on the street and/or stay overnight in hostels or low-demand centres, amongst which centres prepared for cold weather feature.
• Without housing: homeless individuals who temporarily live in centres provided by social services.
