This section consists of four statistical operations for which the departmental statistical body is responsible: the Survey on real estate supply whose generic objective is to know the regular evolution of the supply and prices of housing, garages and premises in the Basque Country. The main objective of the Survey on Housing Needs and Demand is to know the evolution of needs and potential demand for housing, the Rental Market Statistics that discloses the number of deposits and the monthly rent associated with private rental contracts created in the quarter/year and in force in the Basque Country and the Survey of rented households. The main objective of the Survey of Rental Households is the following: To find out the characteristics and situation of households living in rented housing in the Basque Country and the Characteristics of rental housing by type of rental
