Reproductive work consists of those essential activities or tasks that are necessary for personal maintenance but which are not counted as productive activities. The subject or object population resides in family households and the activities are classified as non-remunerated work, generally as household chores. This section disseminates the average time devoted to diverse aspects of reproductive work, including the care of dependent persons.
