The approval of the Territorial Planning Directives and subsequently the Sectorial and Partial Territorial Plans involves defining a legislative and territorial reference frame for municipal urban planning documents. The drafting of those documents and their implementation requires a alphanumerical and graphic databank that includes information on current municipal planning and that occupation status of the land.
Udalplan presents the General and Organic Structure and Rating of Land as well as the Classification of all of the Basque Country. In the case of land not subject to development, the categorisation of the Territorial Planning Guidelines is followed.
