A System of Health Accounts 2011

Reference framework to achieve a systematic description of financial flows related to health care. The purpose of the SHA is to describe the health care system from a spending perspective, for both international and domestic purposes. It constitutes a standard to classify health expenses based on three axes: consumption, provision and financing.
