International Standard Classification of Education 2011 (Educational Achievement Coding)

The International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) is a framework that enables standardized reporting of a wide range of policy-relevant education statistics according to a set of internationally agreed common definitions and concepts, ensuring comparability between indicator countries. The ISCED is a reference classification that allows educational programs and their respective certifications to be ordered by levels of education and fields of education. ISCEDA classifies for Educational Achievement. It focuses on the certifications achieved upon completion of the programs and/or courses.
