Neighborhoods of the Basque Country

It is a division of the municipal term for statistical purposes, except in the three capitals of the Historical Territories where they are established under the criteria of the town councils themselves. It is a stable division in terms of its geographical limits, which generally contains a population with homogeneous characteristics at the time of its creation (age, economic level...).
