They spent almost a quarter of the day (5 hours and 53 minutes) on their daily duties. This refers to time committed to paid work and training (3 hours and 11 minutes) and unpaid work (2 hours and 42 minutes) i.e. housework (2 hours and 15 minutes) and caring for household members (27 minutes).
A fifth of the day (4 hours and 48 minutes) was devoted to free time, including leisure (4 hours and 2 minutes) and social life (46 minutes).
