This indicator is obtained from the following questions:

1. On a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is Zero satisfaction and 10 is Very high satisfaction, what is your general level of satisfaction with your personal relationships?
2. Do you have somebody to talk to about personal issues?

Numerical values are assigned to each category, so that the scale is concentrated into 5 values, as follows:

2.5 corresponding to No
7.5 corresponding to Yes

3. If you need to, can you ask family who are not members of your household for help, or neighbours or friends?

The evaluation measure is grouped into three levels: From 0 to 4 points (Low), from 5 to 7 points (Medium) and from 8 to 10 points (High).
