This indicator is obtained directly from the question:

"On a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is Zero satisfaction and 10 is Very high satisfaction, what is your general level of satisfaction with the time that you have available to do what you enjoy?"

The evaluation measure is grouped into three levels: From 0 to 4 points (Low), from 5 to 7 points (Medium) and from 8 to 10 points (High).
