The respondents are asked about the number of contacts held with a doctor over the past 12 months, including contacts held in the last 14 days. This data is obtained from a question with a very long memory period: the last 12 months. Although this data may be subject to memory errors, it is a very interesting question for the planning of services, as it enables us to know the characteristics or the hyper-user or hypo-user of primary care health services.
