These are any contact had with a dentist, whether it be a personal visit, a telephone consultation or via the web, with the intention of obtaining advice, diagnosis, treatment, orthodontics or for any other examination or procedures which result in some kind of "consumption". A visit to the dentist was associated with the person who required it, whether or not that person actually went for the consultation. For example, if a mother made a consultation regarding her child, it was the child who was counted.
