Level of education (CMT supply)

The Level of Education of a person is the highest level of studies carried out or ongoing, without taking into consideration whether the studies have terminated or are provisionally or definitively incomplete. The levels used in the CMT are as follows:

  • Primary or less: includes illiterate persons, those persons that only know how to read and write and those who have primary level studies or the first stage of E.G.B (Basic General Education).

  • Secondary: includes persons who have an equivalent level of studies to Bachiller Elemental, Higher, B.U.P. or second stage E.G.B.

  • Profesional: includes persons with Technical Training studies.

  • University or Higher: includes persons who who have carried out studies at University Schools, University Faculties or Higher Technical Schools.
