They are those whose tax base is a physical unit (or a similar physical unit) of some material that has a negative, proven and specific impact on the environment and that is identified as a tax in the European System of Accounts national and regional. Value added taxes are excluded, and the following types of taxes are included: Energy taxes, Transport taxes, Pollution taxes, Resource taxes.
