The Licences for recreational hunting and fishing are the cost passed on by the issuance of the nominal and non-transferable document whose possession is necessary to practice hunting within the Basque Country. The Basque Country has exclusive competence in matters of hunting. In its territorial scope, the licenses are regulated by Foral Rules and granted by Foral Councils of Araba/Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, and enable their holder throughout the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community (Ley 2/2011).
