These are understood to be the breaking of the maximum tolerance levels – in accordance with the law currently in force – in the atmosphere of each isolated particle or particle in association with another, when the latter case applies.

The maximum tolerance levels were established by the Royal Decree 853/1975, 6th February, and later modified by the Royal Decree 1.613/1985, 1st August.
