Refers to the level of difficulty in combining paid work with domestic work and personal life.

The following are considered:

  1. - Combining work with caring for children below the age of 15
  2. - Combining work with caring for dependent persons
  3. - Combining work with carrying out household tasks
  4. - Combining work with carrying out administrative or domestic tasks
  5. - Combining work with personal activities (leisure, studies, etc.)

The level of difficulty is collected on a scale of 0 to 10 where 0 means no difficulty and 10 maximum difficulty. Overall difficulty is obtained via an average of the aspects mentioned.
