Member of the household

Member of the household

The conditions set to determine whether a person is a member of the household aim to avoid the possibility that the same individual may be classified in more than one household, or conversely, may not be classified in any.

The requirements established to be a member of a household are:

  1. - To reside regularly in the dwelling: a person resides regularly in a dwelling if they spend the majority of their daily rest in that dwelling.
  2. - Share household expenses: benefit from expenses (children, people without income, etc.) and/or contribute to the income. If expenses are not shared, the person constitutes a separate household in the same residence.
