Land for which planning has assigned a global residential use.
The graphical surface area, in hectares, is indicated for each residential area, excluding General Systems, the current number of dwellings in January of the corresponding year, and planned dwellings. Among the dwellings to be built, a distinction is made between State subsidised housing, fixed price housing and unsubsidised housing. Furthermore, the number of licences granted during this year (t) for the building of dwellings within the municipality is indicated.
The different categories, arranged according to the type of land as established in Law 2/2006 of 30 June on Land and Urban Planning, are recorded:
a) Urban land:
a.1. Consolidated urban land
a.2. Non-consolidated urban land
b) Land for development
b.1. Sectorised land for development
c) Non-sectorised land for development
d) Land not subject to development (rural centres)
