Importation-Introduction: Purchases of products made abroad destined both for incorporation into the productive process and final consumption. The criteria used is that of direct destination that includes, therefore, all imports carried out by economic agents, whether located or not in the Autonomous Community of Euskadi, whose declared destination is the said territory. As before, purchases carried out between countries belonging to the European Union are denominated introductions.
