Distribution of seats

Senate: four senators correspond to each province.

Congress of Deputies: a variable number of seats corresponds to each province, according to the corresponding voting population and a minimum established for each electoral district, as well as the size of the Congress of Deputies established by state law.

Municipal Elections: the number of councillors is established according to the voting population resident in each electoral district.

Provincial Parliaments: A total of 51 members are elected for each of the provinces (these members of parliament are known as "procuradores" in Alava, "apoderados" in Bizkaia and "procuradores junteros" in Gipuzkoa), divided between different electoral districts, each of which elects a number of members proportional to it voting population.

Basque Parliament: 25 seats correspond to each province.

European Parliament: there is a sole electoral district which comprises of the whole of the Spanish state. 64 members of parliament are elected in total.
