Types of non-regulated education (by employment impact)
In order to assess its final impact on employment, a specific classification of non-regulated education has also been included in the ECPA. Its contents are as follows:
1. Non-regulated education with an impact on employment (in the broadest sense). ). Includes the following categories:
- Non-regulated education with an impact on employment (in the strictest sense). It is this type of non-regulated education that allowed the person in question to:
- Obtain a new job in the company
- Obtain a new job in a different company
- Gain access to new roles or new conditions in the job obtained.
- Find a new job.
- Non-regulated education undertaken at the initiative of the company (which is not included in the previous section). Non-regulated education not included in the previous section that was pursued at the initiative of the company.
- Other non-regulated education with an impact on employment (which is not included in the previous sections). Non-regulated education not included in the previous parts that has allowed the person in question to apply what the knowledge they acquired to any job or work.
2. Other non-regulated education undertaken during the last 5 years. This comprises other types of non-regulated education courses that were taken during the last 5 years.
3.Other non-regulated education. This comprises other non-regulated education courses that were taken prior to 1998.
Types 2 and type 3 non-regulation education come under the category of NON-REGULATED EDUCATION WITH NO IMPACT ON EMPLOYMENT.
