Secure servers

Secure servers

Website servers that establish a connection with the client whereby the information sent over the internet is encrypted using algorithms that ensure the information is intelligible only to the server and the browser accessing the website. It is usually based on the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, which encodes the information sent over the internet. The information is authenticated by a security certification so that end users can be sure that the server they are connected to is the one it claims to be and that it offers all necessary security assurances.
