The family is defined as a group of persons, generally linked by relationship, whether blood or marriage, and independent of the degree, who lead a common life, normally occupying the whole of a household. Included in the family are persons in household service that sleep in the home and guests in the family regime. Also included in the definition, are people that live alone, as single person families.
