Capital transfers (D.9)

Capital transfers (D.9)

Differentiated from current transfers in that they represent the acquisition or transfer of an asset or assets by at least one of the parties that intervene in the transaction. Regardless of the fact that capital transfers are made in cash or in kind, they must be translated into a variation equivalent to the financial or non-financial assets that figure in the balances of one or both parties that intervene in the transaction.
