This is part of the new structure of university studies, which were adapted to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). It consists of three cycles and has existed since 2010.

First-cycle or undergraduate studies run for a total of 240 ECTS credits, divided between 4 academic years including the Dissertation at the end of the course.
