It refers to the type of group of dwellings or buildings located in a municipality or population entity:

  • Nucleus: a nucleus is considered to be a group of at least ten buildings which form streets, squares and other urban roads, provided the legal population exceeds 50 inhabitants.

  • Scattered: the buildings or dwellings not included in the concept of nucleus are considered as scattered.
