The Basque Satellite Account for Culture (CSC) includes employment measured as full-time equivalent jobs (FTEs). Employment includes all persons engaged in a productive activity (ESA-2010). Employees are considered to be people hired by a company, people who temporarily do not work, as long as they have a formal employment relationship, and self-employed workers.

Employment in activities considered in the CSC includes all persons who develop a productive activity in cultural activities.
