The final consumption expenditure of the Public Administrations

The final consumption expenditure of the Public Administrations

This comprises two expenditure categories:

  1. The value of the goods and services produced by the public administrations themselves that constitute neither their own gross capital formation nor sales.
  2. Acquisitions made by the public administrations of goods and services produced by market producers that are supplied to households having undergone no transformation, for instance social transfers in kind. This implies that the public administrations only pay for the goods and services that the sellers supply to households.
