One stop shop

Constitutes the grouping in a single instance or body of all the different processes that citizens must carry out within the Public Administration with a particular purpose. One-stop shops are created to speed up payments and official procedures relating to the obtaining of permits, accreditations, resources and services, avoiding the possibility of individuals or companies suffering the consequences of spacial dispersal imposed by the structure of the different administrations and the complex organisational chart of each one.

One-stop shops or common spaces: modes or channels (integrated offices, telephone asístanse, pages on the Internet and others) to which citizens can direct themselves to access specific information, processes and public services determined by agreement between various Administrations. (12352 LAW 11/2007, of the 22nd of June, on electronic access to public services by citizens).
