Usability refers to the capacity a piece of software has for being understood, learnt, and used and its attractiveness for the user, under specific usage conditions. (ISO/IEC 9126:). Ease with which individuals can use a specific tool or any other object made for the purpose of achieving a specific objective. Usability can also refer to the study of the principals that lie behind the perceived effectiveness of an object.
