Administrative procedure. Combination of procedures, structured in stages, with a defined operational logic that supports a business process or an action. It identifies the complete treatment of a process from its creation to its finalisation. Procedures are generally grounded on regulations, initiated by an external (at the behest of a party) or internal (as a matter of routine) event, and produce an output.
