e-Government. e-Government, or electronic government, consists in the use of information technology and knowledge of internal government processes and the delivery of products and services from public administrations both to citizens and companies.
It is based mainly on the deployment of tools such as portals, ERPs, which in the case of public administrations are known as GRPs, CRMs, such as social networks or virtual communities and many others, seeking an improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes and links to society.
