Prejudices related to other aspects of conciliation (maternity, paternity and extended leaves of absence-reductions for family reasons)

Refers to the level of prejudice perceived in the professional trajectory within the company or organisation by the employed person, in relation to various aspects connected to the conciliation of work, family and personal life.

The following are considered:

  1. - Prejudice due to maternity/paternity
  2. - Prejudice for requesting permission for leave for paternity
  3. - Prejudice for requesting extended leave of absence or reduction in working hours for family reasons

The level of prejudice is collected on a scale of 0 to 10 where 0 means no difficulty and 10 maximum difficulty. Overall prejudice is obtained through an average of the two aspects mentioned.
