Refers to the level of difficulty that the working person has in requesting permission in the company or organisation where he or she works.

The following are considered:

  1. - Requesting unpaid days off work for family reasons
  2. - Requesting extended leaves of absence for family reasons
  3. - Requesting a reduction in the working day for family reasons
  4. - Taking time off from work to solve sporadic personal issues

The level of difficulty is collected on a scale of 0 to 10 where 0 means no difficulty and 10 maximum difficulty. Overall difficulty is obtained via the aspects mentioned.
