Geographical location of the holding

For census purposes, an agricultural holding is considered to be located in the municipality where the majority of the land is found or, in the event of doubt, where the sole or main building of the holding is situated. Livestock holdings without land are considered to be attached to the municipality in which their livestock is declared or, in the absence of such a declaration, in the municipality where the livestock facilities are situated.
