Household

Household

People who reside in a dwelling are considered to form a single household if they consume and/or share foodstuffs or other goods paid out of a common budget. To make this clear, it should be born in mind that this budget is shared as much by those who contribute earnings to it as those who benefit from it, such as children, etc. When the members of a dwelling do not form a single household as defined, we consider them as two or more households. Each household can be formed by a group or by a single person (single-person household).
