To train is understood as the acquisition of an aptitude or skill in order to exercise a determined function which, in general, is understood in professional terms. To educate corresponds to a more general meaning that covers the integral perfection of intellectual faculties. The difference has an a priori meaning; however, in activities directed at education, the general objective is usually mixed with the specific, for which reason in SCE both activities form part of the same functional category.
