Type of enterprise (CMT demand)

Corresponding to the legal identity of the owner or company responsible for the activity of the enterprise. Three categories are defined:

  • Public company: local corporation; autonomous or associated body, organ of the Administration of the State or of the Autonomous Communities.

  • Social Economy: co-operative society, public limited company.

  • Other companies: person; public limited company; private limited company; other type of company (Collective, Society, Association, Civil Society and other non-defined types of society).
