The sectors into which intellectual property-related activities are divided are:

• Cultural activities in the strict sense. They include all cultural activities, with the exception of those that are part of the "heritage" sector and the phases "educational activities" and "promotion and regulation".

• Advertising. Includes activities carried out by advertising agencies and representation services.

• Computer Science. It includes all activities related to the design, editing and marketing of computer programs, as well as the design, manufacture and marketing of computer equipment. It also includes the creation of web pages.
