Family housing

Any room or group of rooms and depending area that occupy a property unit, a building or a structurally separate part thereof and that, by the way in which they were built or transformed, were designed to be inhabited by a person or group of persons and, on the reference date, are not used wholly for other ends. The area may be inhabited by one or several families or be uninhabited or empty. A building is considered empty when it is not inhabited by persons.
