This indicator is obtained from the following questions:

1. On a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is that you do not trust at all and 10 is that you trust fully, how much do you personally trust in the political system (Government, Political Parties, Trade Unions, etc.)?
2. On a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is that you do not trust at all and 10 is that you trust fully, how much do you personally trust in the judicial system (Courts, Judges, Lawyers, etc.)?
3. On a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is that you do not trust at all and 10 is that you trust fully, how much do you personally trust in the police (National Police, Ertzaintza, Civil Guard, etc.)?

The evaluation measure is grouped into three levels: From 0 to 4 points (Low), from 5 to 7 points (Medium) and from 8 to 10 points (High).
