Methodological note. IUS: ICT specialists as a percentage of total employment

Eurostat defines ICT specialists as "workers who have the ability to develop, operate and maintain ICT systems, and for whom ICT constitute the main part of their job".

The indicator is obtained as a quotient.

Numerator:

Number of employed ICT specialists.

Denominator:

Total employment.
